Zach grew up in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, near Silver Lake, alongside his brother Austin, under the care of his parents, Amy and Gene. Excelling in sports during high school paved his path to playing football at the University of Pitt, where he pursued studies in Mechanical and Nuclear Engineering. Post-graduation, he ventured across Pennsylvania, Florida, and Texas for work but always longed to return to Wisconsin, drawn by its welcoming community.
With an aspiration to surround himself with good-hearted individuals and deepen his understanding of life, Zach embodies a driven and conscientious entrepreneur. His latest venture, Poker Financial Group, marks a significant challenge, blending the potential for immense difficulty and reward. A fervent enthusiast of sports and outdoor activities, Zach relishes his time on biking trails accompanied by his husky, Mando, or engaging in pickup basketball games at the YMCA. In recent years, Conner has come to recognize a tendency in himself to lean towards comfort when confronted with new challenges. This inclination has significantly influenced major decisions in his life, such as selecting where to pursue higher education and determining his field of study. While this approach has provided a sense of security, he has also become increasingly aware of its limitations. He recalls a colleague once sharing with him the profound insight that true success often arises from embracing discomfort—an idea that deeply resonated with Conner, prompting him to explore and grow beyond his comfort zone.
Looking ahead, he is currently advancing his education at the University of Wisconsin La Crosse, where he is eager to delve deeper into the intricacies of the business and financial industry. Marissa is the Agency Licensing Coordinator (ALC) for WestPoint Financial Group, located in the Wauwatosa, Wisconsin office. She joined WPFG after the Wisconsin merger in 2019 and has worked in this role since 2017.Â

Marissa is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English & Communication Arts.Â
Her responsibilities as ALC include processing contracts for new financial professionals and helping them obtain new licenses. She also fields any contracting, credentialing, & licensing questions so that our financial professionals are positioned to serve their clients.Â

With prior experience crafting financial plans nationwide using various planning software, Danielle can help enhances advisor efficiency and client experience, contributing to the growth of financial planning practices at WestPoint.Â

Gary Tsoumas is a seasoned Partner at WestPoint Financial Group, having started his career in financial services after graduating from Miami University-Oxford in 1987 with a degree in Public Administration and Finance. Outside his professional endeavors, Gary is deeply involved in community service. He volunteers with Make-a-Difference Wisconsin, teaching financial literacy to high school students, and coaches youth sports. Emma began working with WestPoint Financial Group as a marketing intern in 2022. Upon graduating from UW-Whitewater in 2023 she began working full time under WestPoint Financial Group Partner as a Marketing & Administrative Coordinator. Emma helps to provide WI advisors with their marketing support and efforts. She believes marketing your practice is one of the most crucial parts of an advisor’s business success. She has enjoyed learning about the financial industry and is eager to keep learning more.Â
Aside from work, Emma enjoys spending time with her friends and family, playing golf in the summer, and traveling to new places. Emma also spends time coaching a middle school pom & dance team. Before joining WestPoint Financial Group, Brett accumulated over two decades of diverse experience across various financial roles, including trader, portfolio designer, compliance specialist, and independent planner. His extensive career also includes significant involvement with Wispact, where he served as a board member and two-time chair of the board of directors. Currently, he serves as treasurer for GiGi’s Playhouse Madison, focusing on supporting individuals with Down syndrome.Â
Outside of work, Brett embraces outdoor adventures, having climbed Devils Tower and Kilimanjaro with family members, summited Grand Teton and Denali, and enjoyed extensive canoeing trips in Quetico Provincial Park. He also cherishes time kayaking, fly fishing, and enthusiastically supports his sons' gymnastics, track, and diving pursuits alongside his wife, Katie.Â
