Zachary Poker

Zach grew up in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, near Silver Lake, alongside his brother Austin, under the care of his parents, Amy and Gene. Excelling in sports during high school paved his path to playing football at the University of Pittsburgh, where he pursued studies in Mechanical and Nuclear Engineering. After graduation, he began my career in financial services in Pittsburgh, later expanding by opening offices in Memphis, Clearwater, and Dallas. Over the past seven years, he's worked with families, business owners, and real estate investors across the country. Despite the travel, he always longed to return to Wisconsin, drawn by its welcoming community. With an aspiration to surround myself with good-hearted individuals and deepen my understanding of life, he embody's a driven and conscientious entrepreneur. His latest venture, Poker Financial Group, marks a significant challenge, blending the potential for immense difficulty and reward. A fervent enthusiast of sports and outdoor activities, he relish's my time on biking trails with his husky, Mando, engaging in community events, and all things sports. Wisconsin is home!

Howard Riemann

Growing up in Oconomowoc, WI, my parents, Brad and Jill, instilled in me the belief that everyone is here to help others in some way. I’ve taken that to heart in my career, guiding families, individuals, and businesses through financial decisions that move them from where they are to where they want to be.

I’ve worked in the financial planning industry since 2021, while earning a BBA in Finance from UW Oshkosh. My passion began in middle school with the stock market club and deepened in college, where I focused my research on financial literacy and its long-term impact.

Over time, I’ve recognized a gap between real estate investors and investment planners. That’s led me to focus on tailored strategies—like capital gains tax planning, vetting exchange companies, and portfolio optimization—to help investors build and preserve wealth. My mission is simple: to be a trusted resource for real estate investors looking to grow, protect, and transition their wealth with confidence
